01 / Initial contact

Commercial context, without broad access.

To begin, email Laurence your name, business or offer link, and the opportunity you would like to explore. Aggregated ranges and redacted evidence are sufficient for the first conversation.

• No customer-level exports or contact lists are required.
• No passwords, payment credentials or broad account permissions are required.
• Keep private customer, employee and employer information out of initial materials.
• If a conversation requires sensitive detail, agree confidentiality and permitted use before sharing it.

02 / Before a paid pilot

The operating terms belong in writing.

The pilot agreement defines the tested offer, time window, responsibilities, promotion, expert workload, approvals, delivery limits and economic stop conditions before signature.

Data & permissions

Purpose, necessary information, who can access it, permitted use and retention or deletion arrangements. Any task-specific account access is scoped to agreed work.

Customers & IP

Ownership and permitted use of pre-existing material, newly created assets and customer relationships. The expert is the default seller and merchant of record, retaining the checkout and customer relationship.

Payments & refunds

Defined net receipts, the $500 credit, Nagant’s 25% share, reconciliation dates, installment attribution, refunds and chargebacks. Unrelated products and future launches are outside the pilot unless separately agreed.

Brand & delivery

Expert approval of buyer-facing claims, agreed promotion, onboarding, support triage, expert escalations and customer communications. Delivery boundaries must protect the existing business and buyer experience.

Stopping & handover

What happens if presale conditions are missed, either party does not perform, or the pilot ends. Buyer obligations, refunds, outstanding reconciliation, access removal and work handover are addressed explicitly.
